Why Our Books are Not Available in Cambodia
Bookstores take our books on consignment, sell them, and do not pay us. One lost $600 of our books because they couldn’t manage their warehouse. We hesitate to write this, but we think you should know. If you are an author considering selling your books in Cambodia, be careful.
The Angkor National Museum in Siem Reap still has some copies of The Smell of Water for sale in their gift shop. They bought them through a third party, and we were paid. If you’re in Siem Reap, this is a delightful place to shop.
